Abstract
[EN] In Ecuador, throughout history, cocoa has been exported as a raw material that is used and exploited by other countries, leaving the issue of cocoa industrialization in the background. With the purpose of giving an added value to cocoa, this project focuses on setting up a marketing factory specialized in the production of chocolate and cocoa derivatives formed by the voluntary union of three cocoa organizations using three strategic lines: Transformation, industrialization and Commercialization. In order to promote agro-industry, on a small and medium scale, generating an impact on the social development of the rural population of Quinindé canton in the province of Esmeraldas, Ecuador. In the first place, the design of the artisanal cocoa processing line is proposed. It describes the stages involved in the transformation of the cocoa bean, the place where the industrialization actions will take place, the machinery involved in the transformation of cocoa and chocolate processing, as well as its distribution. Then proceeds to the conformation and legalization of the industrial chocolate factory as a cooperative of agricultural production formed by the associative union of the three cocoa organizations beneficiaries of the project. Finally, with the idea of implementing the product in the market in the best possible way, a marketing plan is carried out. TFGM
