[EN] Nowadays, the world is globalized and mostly technological, in such a way that all companies seek to be pioneers in the market and achieve greater market share, and thereby obtain great benefits. As a consequence, a key point to achieve this is innovation and this is the crucial and essential point of this work. Innovation is the creation or modification of a product or process and its placing on the market. In such a way that it is necessary that it has a component of novelty and that proposes a change that increases its efficiency, differentiates aesthetics, or any other function that the company wants to give. But, as it is said the world is technological and for that reason the majority is based on R&D, and we continue to say it is a globalized world, and therefore, if we want our innovation to remain only ours and we can take advantage of it in the market of exclusively, the best option is to protect it through intellectual property but above all and mostly based on industrial property consisting of patents, utility models, designs, plant varieties and distinctive signs among which brands should be highlighted. On the other hand, it is observed that not all the nation or all the sectors contribute and create the same innovation, there are CCAA like Madrid, Catalonia that deepen more in innovation and sectors such as the industry that is more committed to innovation. Throughout this work, it is argued and analyzed what is the influence in this country, in this area currently, through a classification at different levels that go from which communities bet more, which sectors bet more, even within of the global economy which countries are the most interested and most involved in this topic.
