Abstract

[ES] There are many classes of ruins and their meanings are multiple. A declining building with booming vegetation does not usually leave the viewer invisible. Its incomplete state is highly indicative and reconstructed in imaginary as an object that marks the passage of time, as a tragic element, a melancholic monument. Buildings in the middle are somewhat different. These are buildings that were never finished and therefore never fulfilled their role of sheltering nobody. Does it mean that the lack of their history makes them obsolete waste without any possibility of processing, or will they ultimately represent something that can make sense or value? The case of the Region of Murcia is particularly relevant to the phenomenon of the Spanish ladrillazo. There are some thirty urban developments in the Region alone, although not all of them are in the same state. The aim of this project is to give life to these concrete structures that have been forgotten by all.
