[ES] Set of dwellings above the valley of the Salvador mountains in Alzira, on the land known as Hort de Ros. These dwellings shall be resolved in response to the particular needs of older people. Additional spaces are also envisaged, such as the urbanisation of the green ring, new routes, public/relationship spaces and a bar. The project will respond to topical criteria, such as demographic change or the specific needs of the elderly, always taking into account criteria of visual relations and respect for the natural environment in which we are.
