Abstract
[EN] Institutional evaluation processes began in 1995, and they have meant the origin of a new evaluative culture. After these processes, very few researches focused on impact assessment at university have been developed. Furthermore, it’s really difficult to find comparative researches about the consequences of these processes and how they are perceived from teachers’ (called PDI in Spanish) and administration staff’s (called PAS) points of view. This work shows the results of a research project. The study aims, among other aspects, at getting information about the impact of evaluation processes analyzed by two different groups: the teaching and the service-administration staffs. We have developed this research in Andalusia, a Spanish region where there are 8 different universities. The used instrument was a questionnaire based in CINDA model.
