Abstract
[EN] Dropshipping is an online business model that arises from e-commerce and is increasingly present thanks to the acceleration of digitization. In this type of business model the supplier figure is very important as it is based on the creation of an online platform for the sale of products as an intermediary. For this reason, this work sets its objective, on the one hand, to analyze and carry out a study of the main marketplaces existing in Spain, which have been gaining a lot of market share in recent years, becoming the virtual showcases of thousands of suppliers/enterpreneurs and in the unique store of many consumers. In addition, it seeks to make a comparison between them to subsequently select the one that offers the best service/guarantees, becoming the supplier of the business to develop. On the other hand, it also seeks to analyze the pet market, in which the new business will operate, and analyze the profile of the priority customers and take into account their tastes and preferences for the future development of the website through market research and proof of concept. Finally, a business plan is carried out for “PrettyPet” implementation and an analysis of its viability TFGM
