[EN] This work deals with the realization of a model of company based on the realization of ecological oil. First the bases of the company will be considered, based on the quantity of product that can be obtained, and then the requirements will be fulfilled to obtain the certificate of ecological product. I will be consulted to companies of sector, to know how they manage their companies. In addition, a study of the possible forms of management to find the most suitable for this business model will be carried out. TFGM

[ES] Este trabajo trata de la realización de un modelo de empresa basado en la realización de aceite ecológico. Primero se plantearan las bases de la empresa, en base a la cantidad de producto que se pueda obtener, y después se cumplirán los requisitos àra obtener el certificado de producto ecológico. Se consultará a empresas del sector, para saber la forma en que gestionan sus empresas. Aparte se realizara un estudio de las posibles formas de gestión para encontrar la mas adecuada para este modelo de empresa.
