[EN] This Final Degree Project deals, on the one hand, with the development of an internal project for the company SRG Global whose objective is to create a global traceability standard for all the productive plants. This internal project starts with the definition and opportunity evaluation phase, then the development of the standard itself and finally, lessons learned and scalability phases. On the other hand, this Final Degree Project focuses on the creation of an analysis model based on Artificial Intelligence algorithms in order to analyse the impact on internal quality of the variables related to injection moulding phase being able to know the importance of each one and possible correlations between them over the defects seen in the parts. [ES] Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado consiste, por una parte, en el desarrollo de un proyecto interno para la compañía SRG Global cuyo objetivo es realizar un estándar de trazabilidad a nivel global para todas las plantas productivas. Este proyecto interno incluye desde la fase de definición y detección de la oportunidad hasta la fase de cierre, tras pasar por lecciones aprendidas y escalabilidad. En segundo lugar, este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en la creación de un modelo basado en algoritmos de Inteligencia Artificial para analizar el impacto sobre calidad de producción de las distintas variables de la zona de inyección y poder saber la importancia de cada una de ellas y posibles correlaciones entre las mismas sobre piezas defectuosas.
