Abstract

[EN] The work will consist of designing and calculating a speed reducer (two-stage transmission of helical cylindrical gears) with the indicated transmission ratio to be able to transmit the maximum torque at the output indicated in the title of the TFG when the input shaft rotates at 1400 rpm. The reducer must be designed (arrangement of the shafts, gears and other components of the reducer, dimensions of the shafts and geometry of the housing), make the selection of materials, select the appropriate gears in each transmission stage, perform the resistance calculation of all the components of the reducer (gears, shafts, keys, bearings ...) and prepare the drawings.
