[EN] To star with this Project, a bibliographic reviews carried out in order to study the Lean Manufacturing methodology. The origin of this philosophy, the different strategies and their application in the health field to improve patient care are analysed. The aim of this study is to theory into practice with the case of Ifema field hospital installed in Madrid to face the Covid-19 crisis. The proposal for improvement focuses on optimizing the storage and supply of medicines using Lean techniques. A simulation using Business Process Management (BPM) is used to test its effectiveness. [ES] Para comenzar este trabajo se realiza una revisión bibliográfica con el fin de analizar la metodología Lean Manufacturing. Se analiza el origen de esta filosofía, las diferentes estrategias y su aplicación en el ámbito sanitario para mejorar la atención a los pacientes. El objetivo de este estudio es llevar la teoría a un caso práctico, el hospital de campaña de Ifema instalado en Madrid para hacer frente a la crisis del Covid-19. La propuesta de mejora se centra en la optimización del almacenamiento y suministro de medicamentos mediante técnicas Lean. Para probar su eficacia se realiza una simulación mediante Business Process Management (BPM).
