Abstract
[EN] In the framework of the outsourcing of processes and services, project management has a very important function, since it allows one or several projects to be started simultaneously in a controlled manner, as well as to keep track of their execution, maintaining better risk monitoring. For this reason, the subcontracting of services linked to good project management can be a very beneficial tool to increase the profitability of projects, facilitate the achievement of the planned productivity and at the same time increase the company's turnover. The main objective of this work is to design a project management office, which through the development of standards, methodological guides, the implementation, use and monitoring of indicators; and the use of collaborative IT tools, allows a process and services outsourcing company located in Valencia to have controlled project management and mitigate short-term risks by constantly monitoring parameters and data of projects in development.
