Abstract
[EN] The objective of this basic project is the construction of an underground parking located on Valencia Street No. 2 in Sot de Ferrer (Castellón). The intended purpose of the construction of this underground parking is to implement a superficial green area for light vehicles to promote sustainability. In the project, we also detail a study of entry and exit solutions for vehicles, a study of parking distribution solutions, an analysis of pedestrian accessibility in compliance with safety regulations, especially against fires. For this, 2 different alternatives are made in order to choose the most appropriate solution and make a comparison between the two most common methods currently. In the first alternative, we selected the construction method using an in-situ reinforced concrete structure as it is the most frequent and traditional method. On the other hand, the second alternative will be executed using prefabricated elements as it is a widely used method at present which offers many advantages (speed, easy execution and economy). For both alternatives, an analysis of the actions, selection of the structural solution, structural design including the foundation, construction process and economic valuation are included. The comparison of the modern and the traditional alternatives will reflect the most suitable solution to execute the underground parking with a design of the green area on the outdoor surface. In this TFG the solution of a traditional reinforced concrete structure executed "in situ" is developed. TFGM
