[EN] The Final Degree Project (TFDP) consists of the preparation of a Charter of Services for the Comprehensive Tax Management Office (GTI) of the Valencia City Council. First, we proceed to collect information about the Service Charters as an instrument for the development of integrated information in public entities, and their regulatory legislative framework in our country. Second, the GTI Office will be analyzed in depth to know its composition and describe the services and procedures that it is responsible for providing to taxpayers. Finally, based on the information collected, a Service Charter will be drawn up whose purpose is to publicize the activities and services and express the quality commitments that this Office in question acquires with the taxpayer. The aim is to formalize in a document those procedures and steps that the taxpayer can carry out through the different face-to-face or online channels and ensure the full effectiveness of their rights, as well as the improvement of the services and benefits they receive.
