[en] This TFG makes an analysis of the updating of the document CTE-DB-HE, based on the implications on a real case. To do this, an existing building, that meets the energy requirements of the previous version of the CTE-DB-HE and has already obtained an Energy Performance Certificate, is chosen. The building is tested from the point of view of the requirements of the revised document CTE-DB-HE 2013. Once the building is tested, the technical and economic implications of the building improvements to comply with current legislation are analysed
