Creación y puesta en marcha de una franquicia de restauración: Mooligan’s-Fast Good Company

Abstract

[EN] This Final Degree Paper has decided to create the basis for the creation of a “healthy fast food restaurant” using the franchise model to carry out it and as a model of long-term expansion. Mooligan’s is inspired by the “fast good” concept that aims to move away of the unhealthy perception the people have of this kind of restaurants, betting on high quality for ingredients and by offering a wide range of products for all kind of public. On the different sections of this paper, as the market research, marketing plan, operative plan and the economic-financial analysis different tools and methods have been used that are helpful in order to make proper decisions for the business development from the beginning. The main objective of the paper is to make a business plan provided with a realistic and global overview to implement much of the practical and theoretical concepts learned on the Business Administration Degree of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
