[EN] This final degree persists in the design of a didactical procedure for damages mapping by using digital image processing software (Adobe Photoshop®) focused to the field of Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Property. It comprises a visual guide and a complementary video-tutorial. The starting point of the procedure is high quality photographs pictures like RAW format of SLR cameras. The use of image processing software. which is proposed for damages mapping. is the Superposition of layers, so that each layer includes only one damage. This system allows reach complex maps of damages quickly in a easy way with great accuracy. So for damage mapping is proposed the use of this digital image processing software alternatively usual vector drawing programs (Coreldraw® e Ilustrator®).
