Abstract
One of the fundamental characteristics of the present work is the study of a work composed of two canvases mounted on a single frame. It is an extraordinary case, and paradigmatic in the form of presentation of two devotional subjects without solution of continuity. On the one hand, we would have the hagiographic representation of the Martyrdom of St. Orosia and on the other the appearance of the Virgin of the Pillar to Santiago in the city of Saragossa. This work intends to study the technical presentation formula of the work, its state of conservation as well as an iconographic revision of the scenes represented. A second phase of the work will propose the intervention proposal and some conservation recommendations. TFGM
