Where these data come from
The development and validation of a French-speaking diagnostic tool to measure the client orientation of businesses

Abstract

says that the concept of client orientation represents many advantages for a company, there is, to our knowledge, no French-speaking scale for measuring progress or identifying areas for improvement. In addition, the two main English-speaking scales currently used are criticised in the literature. The aim of this research was therefore to develop and validate a French-speaking self-diagnostic scale of the client orientation. To this end, a step has been taken, involving, in particular, the operational definition of the building to be measured, the drafting of an initial pool of items and the analysis of the psychometric qualities of the scale. In addition, a first validation step has been carried out. The collection of data to test the new scale was carried out using a self-administered electronic questionnaire from 78 managers. The results indicate that the ladder has significant psychometric qualities.
