Abstract
the culture of well-being at school and the quality of teachers’ work experience is a very current and important topic considering the role that teachers play in the development of new generations (Bassi, Coppa, Sartori, Delle Fave, 2008). The school is indeed a favourable environment for the implementation of intervention programmes to promote the well-being and success of pupils (Fianco, Arrivabene -Delle Fave, 2015). Recent research has highlighted the central role, first and foremost, of certain factors protecting teachers’ health (e.g. self-efficiency, self-esteem, professional relations, leadership, the well-being of the organisation, etc.), but also of directors, as preachers of well-being for students (for deepening, see: Fiorilli, De Stasio, Benevene, Cianfraglia -Serpieri, 2015).
