Abstract

Commentary on the second judgment of the European Court of Human Rights Von Hannover v Germany, 7 February 2012. Following the publication of photos in the German press, the Court carried out a review of the weighing up carried out by the German courts between the right to privacy of Princesse Caroline de Monaco and the freedom of expression of press publishers.
