Abstract
nowadays, medicine and bioethics are increasingly subject to strict rationality. For medicine, there is only one operative and objective technical reason. For bioethics, that of a reason sometimes reduced to simple protocols, operating principles, when it is not subject solely to the timetable of medical operating objectives or reduced to legal standards alone. In the face of this, and against it, we are calling for the rediscovery, through the restoration of a spiritual dimension, of intersubjectivity medicine and of unprescribed, capacitating and civic bioethics.
