The contemporary evolution of parenthood

Abstract

Research on the contemporary evolution of parentalite is an exploratory research. It aims at addressing the forms of parentalite that seek between the framing of social practices and the current uncertainties of legal rules. Many studies on underwater family forms provide evidence of the Minin’s view. He said that there was little knowledge of men in this field. The research market chosen was the original name of one between men and men. Looking at most of the studies on the subject, it is a question of preparing the contemporary development of parentalite from the point of view of men and of providing some more detailed meanings relative to this development. To this end, the subject of the study was analysed at two levels. At the established level, parentalite is addressed in its symbolic aspect. In essence, this approach reflects the legal developments of parentality, in an analysis of the “production of legislative discourse”. This calls for exploring and comparing the arrangements that lead to the formation, functioning and possible break-up of this family. This, in turn, is based on the premise that the law, to some extent, reproduces collective action and that the movements observed in it are likely to provide information on the dissent of opinion. Secondly, at the practical level, it is a question of learning the diversity of forms of contemporary parentalite, understanding the ways in which individuals act in the face of the challenges of redefining the field of the parent, with a focus on the forms of life which they encounter and the difficulties they encounter in the light of the legislative and legislative context (moral and/or legal). On the basis of a number of potentially harmful situations or moments, we have tried to analyse, from an understandable perspective, how individuals are blurring in order to give meaning and identity to their family configuration and to their role as a parent.
