La land use determination is one of the factors that can determine the agricultural potential of a given region. When a region is known and delineated in terms of land use, what is actually indicated is space in time and space on an area of a natural physical event or a cultural event which, of course, usually involves human intervention; it is the latter factor that can cause the greatest disruption, which may be commensurate with technical and cultural progress or delay and also in line with the food needs of the people living in the region.
