Homicide as an event flowing between a war machine that contravenes the reason of state, and its territorialisation by the latter, in the name of democracy, places homicide in warfare machines that end up killing on behalf of the latter, and in that attempt, the war machine embraces the raison d’être of the state, thus suicide of the democracy that was going to come, remaining as a promise. This is the apprehension through this text.
