Abstract

Oral research has so far been carried out by researchers of language and folklore. Therefore, the assessment of data obtained in the research was limited to the work carried out in those areas. Oral texts show a large number of data that will contribute to different fields of social science, in particular history, sociology, culinary culture, anthropology, educational sciences. On recent events where documents are not sufficient in historical research, these texts are an important source of application. Topics such as birth, weddings, death ceremonies, such as oral texts provide significant contributions to sociology research. Local cuisines where source people describe them contain practical information on culinary culture. In these texts there are also agreements that will show social anthropology studies on the attitudes and attitudes of individuals against events. Important information is available on the role and role of family and society in the education of the individual. In the article, these topics will be addressed by the data in Turkey's Turkish language.
