Abstract
Cette study focuses on arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution in DRC. The author analyses the legal rules that apply to jurisdiction and referral to the arbitral tribunal, the method of appointing the arbitrators of which it is composed and the arbitration procedure to be followed. It also examines the arbitration award and the means of redress available to the parties, with a special look at the arbitration organised by the National Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation Centre of the Federation of Enterprises of Congo and in comparison with the procedure before the State civil courts.
