Abstract
Objective summary. The objective of this research was to analyse the psychosocial factors at organisational level that determine the work behaviour of the employees of the company Distraves S.A Cúcuta (Colombia). Method. To this end, a descriptive quantitative investigation was carried out under a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The information is collected through a survey using closed questions using as a template ISTAS21 which is a questionnaire conducted by a team of researchers from the Danish National Institute of Occupational Health that is used to prevent psychosocial risks at work. The SPSS was used in the same way. Results. The results reflected physical and psychological manifestations associated with a lack of skills; this means that employees are not in the best position to carry out their activities, the conditions in their jobs, the availability of resources, in terms of the administration and management of the company. Conclusions. The main findings of this work suggest that companies should manage and plan employees to improve their skills and skills development, taking into account the motivation as this is the most important aspect for them through the construction of actions to generate satisfaction in each of them in order to generate true value added to their company and enable the company to be successful against its competence.
