Abstract
En The current context is a challenge to overcome psychopedagogical learning among education professionals, which has become an essential necessity in view of the relevance of raising the quality of education in the current social framework. The study presented helps to increase the psychopedagogical preparation of secondary school teachers. Its objective is to demonstrate the need to acquire knowledge, skills, skills and personological resources to enable it to act efficiently in the face of disappointing situations in the field of education. Methods, analysis-synthesis, induction-deductibility, historical and logical study and queries of sources are used for the implementation of the research. Psychopedagogical preparation workshops make it possible to increase their psychological and pedagogical preparation, as well as the acquisition of important tools for the efficient performance of their role as educator in educational work with adolescents and young people.
