This text presents the interview with Portuguese Professor Dr. Vítor Frade, who created a new methodology for the training of football called tactical frequency. The interviewee is a graduate in Physical Education and Philosophy and he or she has been studying medicine for three years. He was a lecturer at the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto for over 30 years and worked for several football clubs. He is currently a methodological coordinator of F.C. Porto. Recognising the limitation of publications on tactical periodicity, the purpose of that interview was to establish a mapping of information on that method of training.
