Abstract
The following study focuses on the identity problem of the so called “mobilised” of the Falkland War, based on an analysis of the acampe carried out by the Association “Veteranos del Theatro de Operations South Atlantic Clase 1962” in the city of Corrientes between 2006 and 2010. We believe that this process has come to light on three aspects that cross the Falkland Issue: the concept of ‘recognition’ as a field of disputes, the relationship between political action and identity, and finally the role of the State as a ‘recognising’ since the enactment of laws.
