Abstract
This article shows how information and communication technologies, and more specifically mobile telephony and the internet, can provide valuable support in the communication processes between mentors, teachers and families around pupils’ tutorial action. This will be done by proposing different applications of SMS messages to address different communication needs and by creating an interactive web application that allows better management of tutoiral information. All will be covered by a communication protocol that will serve as a general management framework for the proposed Tutorial Management System.
