Abstract
The school reality in which Catholic teachers perform their duties on a daily basis bears a unique personal, professional and vocational responsibility. This entails a discriminatory reading of the challenges that arise in the classroom and which teachers must address, through official legislation, common sense and the personal beliefs of faith that hold their beliefs. However, it has an existential compass, which is the life of God humane, as manifested in its so-called teaching staff and the subsequent search to establish the Kingdom of the skies and the purposes of eternous goods in the classroom.
