Abstract
Written on the basis of a virtual visit to the Notre-Dame Church of Saint-Lo, the aim of this text is to question the digital transformation and, more specifically, the status of images as a meaningful vehicle and as a heritage value. Our study focuses on the virtual 3D return of a glass pane, designed as a historical evocation that combines the reality of a disappearing time spacing. As a result of transdisciplinary work, it forms part of the particular context of a church and questions the sensitivities in the context of a semiotic and pragmatic approach.
