Abstract
A The legal relevance of the environmental legal interest, which is governed by the environmental law discipline, justifies the need for it to be fully protected. Thus, Article 225 (3) of the Federal Constitution and Article 3 of Law 9.605/95 provide for the triplice liability of natural and legal persons: administrative, civil and criminal liability for damage to the environment.
