Abstract
The Children of Israel were criticized many times in the Qur'an because they did not overestimate their duty to what was given to them. In view of its accounts, the punishment that was inflicted on the Children of Israel was usually a lesson and a lesson for later communities. One of them is the fact that a group of Ya-huds who do not comply with the prohibition of fishing on Saturday are turned into monkeys. The group referred to in the literature as sabbath Jews or Ashabu's-Sebt. The punishment this community deserves is a lesson and a lesson to the later generations, as well as for those who lived during that period.
