Abstract
Brazilian companies have required new skills from their collaborators. To this end, new models of management, learning and education have been adopted in order to align people’s interests and their careers with the strategic objectives of corporations. This article aims to identify links between knowledge management, organisational learning and corporate education. Based on the approach of concepts in academic texts produced on topics, the subjects have been articulated in order to bring a greater understanding of the topic. As a result, it was possible to analyse how knowledge is obtained, stored, disseminated and employed by companies, which fosters learning in the corporate environment, enabling the planning and deployment of education programmes that not only qualify employees, but also help them to exercise leadership in the various working groups of organisations, which brings various benefits to individuals, groups, companies, communities and society.
