This article presents partial results of a research project, with an Interdisciplinary focus, conducted in partnership with teachers of the administration and Executive Secretary of the Western Paraná Centre (Unicentro), in 2011, which was proposed to assist from the local reality, in developing a plan for founding for the NGO “X” located in Guarapuava-PR, following from the year 2006 there was a reduction of resources invested by major donors – Cooperation Agencies International – in this organisation. This is a qualifying research proposal of plans, which used the bibliographical research and participant observation completed by meetings with the manager and employees of NGOs as major research techniques. It was felt that this organisation depends on funds rooted from external sources, however, has not effectively planned actions founding. In turn, the empirical study carried out that there is eligibility to explain the sources and possibilities of deploying funds for NGOs in this region Guarapuava provided that it is good, structured design. This is a qualitative search with plan proposition, using literature, desk research and participating observation followed by meetings with the NGO leader and officials as the main search techniques. It was understood that this organisation is almost entirely dependent on the resources collected from external sources, but that it does not actually have planned actions to raise resources. In turn, the empirical study has shown that there is scope for expanding the sources and possibilities of raising resources for this NGO in the Guarapuava region provided that a well-structured project is in place. In this way, the importance of interdisciplinary work has been observed, as the area of advice allows for a coordinated effort of various disciplines around a common objective, which in this study is a proposition in the area of Social Responsibility.
