“THE TEACHING TOY: A HERRAMIENTA FOR THE EVALUATION "is the title of my doctoral thesis presented at the Faculty of Education of the University of Murcia. This is the result of a laborious research carried out in the field of psychopedagogy, led by Dr Francisco Martínez Sánchez, which resulted in an assessment protocol to analyse those characteristics of the toy that make it useful in learning situations. The protocol consists of 31 items – simple assessment – and additional scales that facilitate a more complex assessment.
