Abstract
The perception of organisational support is an important factor with positive impacts on teachers' attitudes and attitudes. In this investigation, it is intended to establish the relationship between perceived organisational support and levels of teachers' organisational identity and alienation to work. The study is designed in the relational screening model of quantitative research patterns. Sampling of the research; The primary school in the province of Osmaniye consists of 231 teachers at 35 schools selected by a method of sampling clusters from among the teachers serving in secondary schools and high schools. Data set for the research; The perceived Organisation Support Measurement was obtained with the help of Organisation Measurement Measures and Foreign Affairs Measurement. The measurement model shows that variables have statistically meaningful relationships with each other. Results of structural equality modeling; perceived organisational support shows that teachers have a statistically meaningful and negative effect on the level of organisational identification. Perceived organisational support; it affects teachers' levels of alienation negatively by the full mediation of organisational identity. Based on the results of the investigation; in order to have a positive impact on teachers' attitudes and attitudes, practices need to be made to strengthen their perception of organisational support.
