Abstract
This article proposes reflections on the condition and learning of women in the field. Taking as a starting point the analysis of the field records of three UFMG researchers – with ethnographic research in leisure and education – the article establishes a dialogue between the research experiences of the authors and wider academic production, in particular with decolonial studies, feminism, academic production of women, vulnerability and gênerous violence. The work signals reflections on the science of women and their leaflets in the context of a hegemonically male/white/hetero science. In addition to highlighting the gender inequalities in the academic environment, the fears and possible contributions of women in research, the article proposes reflections on the importance of building alternatives for the reversion of the current framework.
