Abstract
Just as a few decades ago, regional lexicography was seen as a minor lexicography, today, covered by general lexicography and metallexicography, Spain’s new regional lexicography has reached unsuspected levels of quality. The methodological rigour of certain repertoires is comparable to that of not few general dictionaries of the various modern languages. I will divide my intervention into three main sections: (a) historiographic perspective, (b) Current situation and (c) Perspectives, simply Perspectives in Spanish regional lexicography.
