Abstract
The Catholic doctrine of the indissolubility of alliances and family are the guiding principles of the reflections that follow in the city of Belvav PA on divorce with the possibility of second marriage. The reasons are concentrated on the view that the logic of the inbreakable matritomnium dominating the fornification of men and women was not the only view, with regard to it, within the paraoara capital. Some literates and legal professionals understood that nobody could be subjected eternly to a failed enlace, i.e. in this case the wish of until death separates them should be cooled by Brazilian laws by approving the absolute divorce. Thus, there were views contrary to those of the Church: the break-up would in no way promote polygamy as I wanted to believe the Catholic dogma, but rather that polygamous imorality grew in the form of separation in Brazil (the ‘quid’), which allowed ‘just’ the creation of bodies and assets, leaving the matrimonial ties intact.
