El This article is the product of approaching a number of transdisciplinary theories on the basis of which the theoretical framework of the research project entitled Women: Victim Victimaria in the city of Barranquilla from an Ius-Philosophical Mirada, backed by ColSciences and Simón Bolívar University; its aim was to clarify the background to the violence in its various manifestations: physical, sexual, psychological, economic, social, intrafasmiliar, symbolic and institutional, among others, and analysing how a woman, from the point of view of her situation as a taxable person in an emotional relationship, becomes the victim of continuous assault by her permanent colleague or spouse; and then as a victim in an attempt to liberate himself from the jugo and the subordination to which he had been culturally subsumed.
