Between 2009 and 2011, under the leadership of Professors Rolf Loeber from Psychiatry Department at Pittsburgh University and David Farrington from Cambridge University Criminology Institute, and on behalf of the US Government’s National Institute of Justice (NIJ), a comprehensive research project entitled Transitions from juvenile delinquency to adult criminality has been developed.
