Abstract
Between 2009 and 2011, under the leadership of Professors Rolf Loeber, Psychiatry Department of the University of Pittsburgh, and David Farrington of the Academic Institute of the University of Cambridge, and on behalf of the US Government’s National Institute of Justice (NIJ), a large research project entitled Transitions from juvenile to adult crime has been developed.
