Abstract

For decades, pedagogical changes have been proposed that take into account the dynamics of modern society and new knowledge about teaching and learning. The observation of current teaching practices indicates the need for studies on teaching procedures that promote and value the activities of apprentices, as opposed to the repetition and storage of ready-made responses in classes. This article focuses on a number of didactic situations that emphasise the creative participation of students in the discovery and use of scientific procedures.
