Abstract
This work is governed for the purposes of the organisation and the organisational emotion required for individuals it refers to the importance that their competence can be converted into organised capital. Composed of workers of an organisation human capital has different elements, including intellectual, social and emotional capital. Institutions emotional capital, which is one of the capital elements for its success and expresses the competences in emotions it needs to be managed well. Especially the study where the importance of emotional displays increases every day contribution to filling the literature gap on emotional capital, an important concept in its environment in this study aiming to provide, the study carried out literature on emotional capital in different disciplines, the description, importance, theoretical framework, history, components, characteristics of emotional capital have been presented. Organisational concepts where emotional capital may be associated have been explored. When researching scientific foundations emotional capital's intent to leave work, exhaustion, performance management, personality, human capital, cultural it may be associated with concepts such as capital, social capital, emotional intelligence, self-qualification, stress, emotional management it has been stated that it may be. To introduce a literature of this study on emotional capital, attract researchers' attention and demonstrate their impact on the business environment with applied research it is believed to contribute.
