The article addresses the development of the hotel market in the light of changes in the economy of the 21st century, including economic policies at the level of states and integration groups. To this end, an analysis has been carried out of the evolution of the supply of hotel services, the demand for hotel services and the efficiency of service capacity management of hotel facilities. Basic economic analysis tools have been used to examine the evolution of the hotel market to analyse the dynamics and structure of the phenomena examined against the background of broader economic processes.
