Las limitations or restrictions on the ability to exercise may emanate from the law or from a court ruling based on the law. The new legal system, based on the principles arising from the constitutionality bloc, in particular the International Convention on the Rights of the Child and the International Convention on Persons with Disabilities (Article 75 (22) of the Constitution), establishes a system that is highly protective of the rights of all persons.
