Abstract
Summary: The aim of this article is to analyse how the “subaltering logic” established in Latin America, by the neoliberal ideary, is refouled in the specific context of the Brazilian university. It is understood that there is an international policy that is overwhelmingly practised by Multilateral Development Banks, which reproduce a growing dislevelling between the centre and the capitalist periphery. In this sense, the neoliberal project has been implemented as an important tool for political, social and ideological domination, with educational policy as a relevant ‘target’ and paradoxically allied. Abstract: This article purposes to analyse the Brazilian university in the context of subaltern Politic Latin American. There is an international Politic that increases Disparity among nations. In this understanding the educational policy has been used by the Neoliberalism as political, social and ideological domination mechanism.
