Abstract

In the western tradition, many poets have used their arrival at a certain age to write reflections or confessions around their life experience. This minimum anthology offers, in original and translation into Spanish, poems of Donald Justice, Joseph Brodsky and Derek Walcott where the 40th anniversary provides an opportunity to estimate in terms the richness of ripeness, the deprivation of exile and the persevering delivery of the poetry to the profession.
